There’s a new restaurant on Convoy and it’s about fish, LITERALLY, that’s what it’s called About Fish! ? The sushi here is no laughing matter though. They have pre-set menus About Light, About Classic, and About Special that basically translates to I’m hungry, I’m pretty hungry, and I’m starving.
Joe and I showed up right at lunchtime to celebrate my birthday. Both Joe and I got the middle menu, About Classic, and it was the perfect amount of food because it was lunchtime and I was pretty hungry (didn’t have breakfast).
The About Classic menu came with a small sashimi salad, miso soup, edamame, bluefin sashimi, nine pieces of nigiri, two hand rolls, and a sampler which ended up being a cooked item, salmon wrapped around asparagus.
The sushi was great, and you get what you pay for! The About Classic was a decent amount of sushi, I could’ve gone with the About Light menu for lunch, but hey it was my birthday weekend! Our nice server did suggest that some people get the About Light menu and add on some items a la carte afterwards, so that’s another alternative for next time.
